今年去了好多地方玩，庐山，万佛湖，皖西大峡谷，出去玩的感觉真的好啊，很放松，心情非常好，一路上吃得也很好，都胖了不少。只是走路多了，上山下山的，腿可受罪了。有一回，小腿疼了好几天，走路都有点困难了，一周后才恢复。

看到首页的那个句子了吗？这是我结婚前我爱人写的对联，里面嵌入了我和他的名字：是小名，他的名字出自《出师表》，他爷爷起的，将军向宠，性行淑均。他有时候就喜欢玩这样的文字游戏呵呵。
每个人都有自己心情愉快的时候，而现在，我就是这种心情，看到自己的作品呈现在面前，辛苦工作后的劳累一扫而空，顿时觉得天高地远，心情蓦然开朗。人和环境永远是互动的，追求永远是没有止境的，实现了这个追求，又有下一个追求，永远没有满足的时候。不管是什么境遇，需要记住一句话：人不要做情绪的奴隶！把时间浪费在情绪之中，是不是很可惜呢？过去的我，也是很喜欢较真，喜欢和家人争吵，为一点点小事，或者为一句话，过去的一句话而生气，而现在，我已经不再愿意去为之浪费宝贵的时间了，有时间，好好做事好好享受生活，不是很好吗？
